Started my early years with a hyperactive existence at Pilterud, a place some hits from Vikersund   (if you are a hell of a golfer). It turned out to be a lot of skiing, soccer, biking and a lot of other sports ho made it easier for my parents to get me into sleep at night.

Played a lot of soccer and trained alpine skiing the first years before switching into ski jumping at the age of 12, and kept that going until I was 16. Then the new school skiing came on the field. Had a pretty good ski feeling from my hours/days/years at Pilterud when I was a kid, jumping on X-country skis, stomping and tumbling down the field. Got my first twintip skis and started to play around in the local resort building jumps and started my career as a new school skier at the point.  Now I have got the opportunity to travel the world doing what I like the most, to ski! Shooting with the big film companies and photographers, skiing the best parks and be a part of this sport, that`s a good feeling!

It`s a lot of hard work, but when you finally get your few weeks of during the summer and can look back at all the hours you have been training, standing on the top ready to drop in for a new big trick when the helli is circulating around your head and you land your trick. To be up late midnight hours for just this last shoot on a sketchy urban rail, or all the early mornings you been at the mountain shoveling in the rain to make the jump ready for a new shoot.

Then it`s all worth it!
